You deposit and we start
You send us a photo of the receipt on the chat and we begin. For your plans, you first see your house for free and pay them in one go once you like it; on the other bigger jobs, half to start and the other half once you have seen it and approved it.

How do I pay if I do not have a card?
You do not need a card or a bank account. You can deposit cash at any BAC, La Fise or Banpro branch (or, for La Fise, at any Super Express or am pm store) using the account number we give you, or send a transfer if you already have an account. We charge in córdobas and we also take US dollars. Once you deposit, you send us a photo of the receipt on the chat and we get started.
Do you work outside Managua?
Yes, the whole country. The work is digital end to end: you message us on WhatsApp or on this page chat, we deliver through the same place as a PDF, image or video, and nobody has to travel — not you to us, not us to your site.
Is the price fixed, or will it go up later?
It is fixed and we tell you before you pay anything. Each service says how many times we adjust it for you at no charge, written right next to the price. If you ask for something that was not part of what we agreed, we tell you the cost BEFORE doing it, never after. A mistake on our side is fixed free and we do not charge you for it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the service and we confirm it when we quote. A full plan set takes several days because it is ten drawings. What we will not do is promise you a date we cannot meet just to close the sale.
Are the plans valid for a city building permit?
For minor works, yes: a single storey and up to 60 m², whether new build, repair or remodel — the Managua city council accepts them signed by the owner. Our plans come unsigned: if your project needs a signature, we offer the structure calculated and signed by a structural engineer, which covers only the structure and does not guarantee the permit, and for the permit we quote whatever your municipality asks for. We say so up front so you do not find out at the counter.
