Frequently asked
Each service says how many, right on its card — between 1 and 3 depending on the job. A round is one delivery from us plus one message from you with the changes, and everything in that message counts as a single round, even if it is five different things. If more are needed, we tell you what it costs before doing it, never after. Anything that came out different from what we agreed, and anything the land registry corrects on a plan we signed, is fixed free and does not count as a round.
That is not an adjustment to what you ordered, it is a new order: it gets quoted separately at catalog price, and we tell you the cost before starting. We work this way so we do not have to pad the entry price just in case. The price you paid holds for 30 days (45 on the full plan set, because the paperwork takes longer); after that the order closes and picking it back up costs one round.
We do not have a refund policy written up yet. Message us on the chat telling us what did not work for you and we sort it out case by case.
By direct bank deposit or transfer. Tell us whether you are paying in córdobas or in dollars and we send you the matching account details — only after you have accepted the price, never before. Prices are set in córdobas; the dollar figures on this page are approximate.
You send a photo of the receipt in the same chat. If everything matches what we expect, it is approved right there; if anything looks off, a person reviews it by hand before confirming — it is never rejected outright.

Rojato Studio makes floor plans, renders, 3D models, video and images, and works across all of Nicaragua — and for clients writing from abroad. Everything is delivered digitally, so where you write from makes no difference. The work on this page is real, not mockups.
