What you send through this chat — text, photos, documents or voice notes — is stored on our own server. To be able to answer you, that content is processed by an artificial intelligence service. When you pay a deposit, the photo of the receipt is reviewed the same way: if the amount and the currency match, it is approved; if not, a person reviews it before anything is touched — it is never rejected on its own. We give you the bank account details only once you have accepted the price, never before.
We use your IP only to know, roughly, which country you are writing from (we query an external service for nothing else), and we do not use it for advertising. If you accept notifications, they are only to let you know when we reply, and you can turn them off whenever you want from your browser.
