What we do with what you send us

What you write in the chat. What you send through this chat — text, photos, documents or voice notes — is stored on our server. To be able to answer you, that content goes through artificial intelligence services run by other companies: OpenAI writes the replies and looks at the photos, DeepSeek summarizes the photos so the assistant remembers them later and takes over if OpenAI fails, and Gemini, by Google, is the last backup when the other two have failed. We use the free version of Gemini, and in that version Google may use what it receives to improve its products, and a person may even read it. Voice notes are turned into text by Groq. If you write to us on WhatsApp, those messages also go through Meta, the owner of WhatsApp.

The payment receipt. When you pay a deposit, the photo of the receipt is also reviewed by the artificial intelligence: if the amount and the currency match, it is approved; if not, a person reviews it before anything is touched — it is never rejected on its own. We give you the bank account details only once you have accepted the price, never before.

Your IP. Our server stores it to know, roughly, which country you are writing from (we look it up with an external service, ipwho.is, for nothing else) and to stop anyone who sends messages in bursts. We do not use it for advertising; Meta does receive it on the pages that carry its pixel (below).

The Meta pixel. The home page and the Renders, Videos and Rojato Bot pages, and also the English home page, carry a Meta pixel (Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram). When you open one of those pages, your browser tells Meta which one you saw and whether you tapped a button to message us on WhatsApp or through the chat, and Meta leaves a cookie of its own in your browser. With that, Meta receives your IP and details about your browser, and uses them to measure our ads and to show you ads, under its own rules. What you write in the chat is not sent to it. This page and the case pages do not have the pixel.

Our own analytics. Our server records which pages are visited, which buttons are tapped and how far down each visit scrolls. It does not do it with your name but with a random number your browser keeps; it is the same number the chat uses, so if you also wrote to us, the visit is linked to your conversation. If you came from an ad, your browser keeps for 30 days which campaign you came from, so we know which ad brings conversations. We do not store the number Facebook adds to links (fbclid).

Backups. Every day we make a copy of the database and the files, in case the server fails. Those copies are kept for 90 days on the same server and, encrypted, on Google Drive, and then they are deleted automatically.

Notifications. If you accept notifications, they are only to let you know when we reply, and you can turn them off whenever you want from your browser.
