We confirm the price before starting: C$1,500 (≈US$41), fixed, with the walkthrough video, and we adjust it 3 times at no charge. If another adjustment is needed it costs C$250 (≈US$7), and we tell you before doing it.

You get your 3D model

We hand over the complete 3D model, with custom furniture and real materials, ready to approve before anything gets built.

What usually goes hand in hand with 3D modeling. The walkthrough video is already included; the render and the plan set are quoted and ordered separately.

Your project, on video from every angle · Included A short video that walks around the complete model of your house or shop — easy to share on WhatsApp or social media. It comes included in the C$1,500 3D modeling.
Your space, as if it were already built · C$450 A photorealistic view of one room, with real materials and lighting, so you decide before spending on construction. Per view, and we adjust it 2 times at no charge.

The 10 drawings your project needs · From C$1,500 Dimensioned floor plan, elevations, sections, roof, foundations, structure, lighting, outlets, water supply and sewage in a single set, in PDF and DXF (opens in AutoCAD and any viewer). For minor works (single storey, up to 60 m²) the city hall accepts it signed by the owner; for major works we hand it over ready for your architect to sign.
